DCR-1020マルチステーション丸刃セット位置の型切断、材料複合を行うことができ、本設備は各種テープ、保護フィルム、発泡綿、ネット布、銅アルミニウム箔、バックライトモジュール、フレキシブル配線板、医療と衛生などの型切断業界に適用する。
DCR-1020 is suitable for multi-station set position die cutting, laminating. This machine is applicable for adhesive tape, protection film, foam, mesh cloth, aluminum and copper foil, back light module, flexible circuit board, medicine and hygiene field, etc.

1.主な操作はコンピュータタッチ式工作制御機を採用し、図形表示、直感明瞭で、操作が便利でキーボードとマウスを同時に使用し、手で触れることができる。

All unwind & rewind shafts are driven separately by servo motors. The unwinding, rewinding, straight & reverse rotation are more flexible and controlled by high sensitivity tension sensor shaft’s feedback to ensure smooth running.
4.すべての刃座の運動制御はドイツLenzのサーボモータによって駆動され、トルクは十分に大きく、加減速は安定し、独立に調整でき、スリーブの切断精度は±0.075 mmに達することができる。
All cutter holder’s movements are controlled by German Lenz servo motor with enough torsion, stable acceleration and deceleration, precision can be ±0.075mm.
5.制御システムはドイツLenz PLCと同期コントローラが共同で制御を完了し、同期性が高い。
The control system is operated by German Lenz PLC and logic movement controller with better synchronism.
6.機械全体に非同期型切断機能を備え、型切断材料を節約することができる。

10.CCD検出装置を備え、生産中にリアルタイムで製品のセット精度を検出し、PLCにフィードバックしてサーボモータに寸法調整を指示する。
